[ODE] fastcar vs. ode

    FastCar is specialized for vehicle. ODE is generic physics
    package. So say, for vehicle physics FastCar "maybe" better.

    But we shouldn't compare a 20.000 bulks package with a free open
    source one...

    And more, technically ,as far as I know , Fastcar use penalty method
    so it may be fast but not stable.
