[ODE] Contact Constraints: First Order Slip?

i started to write a long email reply about this then realized that was
dumb - i updated the documentation instead. look at the latest
userguide, section "7.3.7. Contact" - there a bigger description of the
slip parameters. in hindsight calling these numbers 'slip' was a mistake
because 'slip' is such an overloaded word in ODE - i should have called
them 'FDS' or something else. there's no pictures to accompany the
description although there should be ... unfortunately drawing pictures
takes a lot of time that i don't have :(
