[ODE] Universal joint

I noticed that two bodies that are connected by a joint do not have
collision with each other. Am I missing something here? The ODE examples
show the same behavior between connected bodies.

The way I do it is to use collisions with the body to limit the rotation.
That looks pretty natural...
