[ODE] no rotation

hello,

i called a dBodySetRotation and the program doesn't go
through it. all the other functions work but that
particular pair.

i called dRFromEulerAngles before i called
dbodysetrotation before i joined the wheels to my
chassis but the chassis doesn't rotate at all.  i even
put different values to check
dRFromEulerAngles (bodyID,0,0,270) and it still
doesn't turn? what could possibly wrong with it?

btw this is the second mobot in the system can that
affect it?
