[ODE] Newbie question

Hi,

I'm playing around with ODE (very cool and a whole lot more stable than
my crude and amateur physics code).  One question I have is, what/where
is the file "dcCore.h"?  I am trying to integrate the Tri-list collider
code (in the "contrib" directory) and it is trying to include this file,
but I can't find it anywhere in ODE, Contrib, or Opcode.  Can someone
illuminate this poor unfortunate soul?
