[ODE] ODE and msvc

Just a question: isn't a prebuild .lib the same thing we get when we "make.exe"
the ODE? what is the problem of executing make.exe? (provided the \Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\Bin\VCVARS32.bat is executed before)

Well it is inconvenient if we keep altering the ODE source and compiling it, but
I don't do that often :-)
