[ODE] TRICOLLIDER

I've had a first go at getting tricollider to compile with gcc. I'd 
appreciate it if someone who is using the current version could test 
what I've done to make sure I haven't broken anything. It can be 
downloaded here...

It's just a first quick hack so it isn't pretty. Check the README. The 
archive includes the version of ode and opcode that I used. You might 
get away with just using the tricollider stuff but I included the other 
stuff just in case.
