[ODE] what about dParamCFM2, dParamCFM3 ?

rats ... this is a mistake. i have added the definition and checked it
into CVS. thanks for spotting this. this bug would have affected the
meanings of some parameter constants on the hinge2 and amotor joints,
obviously in hard-to-spot ways.
