[ODE] RE: ODE and C#

Hope you don't mind if I CC the list on the site you noted.  BTW my C#
wrapper is at http://p2pmap.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/p2pmap/src/ode/ode.cs -
I did update it a bit today but it is still pretty early and incomplete
and is part of a larger build environment that you won't want to deal
with.
