[ODE] Extreme Newbie Needs Install Help.

Hi, i'm not new to programming, but i'm new to Cpp and the ODE.

If someone could take a spare minute and layout the install steps for the 
ODE in a bit more detail than what is in the documentation it'd be much 
appreciated.  Feel free to be as simplistic as possible. :) I'm a quick 
learner, i just need a leg up to get started.

I tried following the install steps, but when i get to the "make configure" 
part, i'm clueless. Where is the make.exe suppose to go. The instructions 
also talk about copying the "lib" directories to a suitable place. I have no 
"lib" directory that i can see. Is this the "src" directory?

My goal is just to get the samples up and running in Visual Studio 7.0 so i 
can study and play around with it...
