new features
  capped cylinder collision done, except for box-box
  new GeomTransform collision object
  bugs fixed
  docs updated - composite objects
  other stuff i cant remember (too tired)

look at test_boxstack, new keys 'c' and 'x'

note, there is an issue with HUGE_VALF not being defined on many
systems if you are using single precision. i'll fix this in the
next release.
