[ODE] C++

Firstly, congratulations on what you have acheived so far, from all of
the dynamics packages I've evaluated so far ODE is by far the best and
most stable. A problem that I am having is that even though a C++
interface is provided, because the internals of the engine are still C
you are missing out on a whole load of benefits from a true C++ system.
Are there any plans to convert to true C++?
