[ODE] Contact between different surfaces

I store friction coeffs with every body (this is OK as long as the
properties of a body don't change over its surface), and then average the
properties of two contacting bodies when creating the contact.

This may not be physically correct, but then again, everything in game
dynamics is also just an approximation.
